Where are your products made?

Everything is proudly made in the Philippines. Our scent blends are custom-mixed and hand-poured here, our jars are crafted in Antipolo, and our pandan boxes are handmade by artisans in Pampanga and Cavite.


What materials do you use?

For our candles, we use 100% soy wax (clean, vegan, and toxin-free), eco-friendly single wicks, high-quality fragrance oils, hand-glazed stoneware ceramic jars, and woven pandan leaves for our boxes. Everything chosen with care—safe for your space, kind to the planet.

 

Can I ask for a scent recommendation?

Of course! Just send us a DM on Instagram—we love matching people to the right scent.


Are your scents available year-round?

Most of our scents are seasonal or limited edition—we like to keep things fresh. But if you’ve fallen in love with a particular one, let us know! We try to keep our bestsellers in stock as much as we can.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across the Philippines.


How long does shipping usually take?

Typically 2–5 days, depending on your location.


Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, for Metro Manila orders! We ship out same-day orders the next day after payment to allow time for safe packing.

Need it urgently? Leave us a note at checkout and we’ll try our best to help.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But we’d love to. Once we find a way to ship safely and securely, we’ll make it happen.


What’s your return/refund policy?

We have a 5-day return policy for damaged items only. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello.inthetropics@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it.

Send us clear photos or a video of the damage, and we’ll let you know how to send it back. You can then choose between a replacement or a refund.

Please note: Only damaged products are eligible for returns.
